Monday
A. Front Squat @ 30X1, 5 x 3 reps, rest 2 min
B. Deadlift, 3 fast explosive reps/min for 10 min @ 65%
C1. DB Bench Press, build to 10RM
C2. Supinated Grip Inverted Bar Row- 4 x 10 reps, rest 60 sec **perform these after first 4 sets of DB Bench
D1. DB Overhead Tricep Extensions, 3 x 15 reps, rest 30 sec
D2. DB Curls, 3 x 15 reps, rest 60 sec

Run 10 min easy pace

A: 165
B: 225
C1: used 40# db biggest we have
C2: completed all
D1: 30#
D2: worked up to 25# db arms were spent

Run was fine
