2nd- 5 Toes to Bar + 10 sec Hang from Bar
3rd- 14 Russian KB Swings, 70#
4th- 5 Burpee Box Jumps, 24”

A1: used 95#
A2: did all 5 reps without dropping off the bar, didn't do the butterfly technique tho.
EMOM:
Completed all seemed like in e beginning I was finishing it around 20 secs, towards the end it was 30 secs.
