1st: 120 after the 5th set, I couldn't get past 3 without dropping the bar, felt fatigued in my shoulders.
2nd: 235: I tried to go fast didn't feel fast tho, felt heavy.
(I did alternate these)
Row was fine. I think I might be coming up to far on the rower. Left knee started hurting a little. I'm coming up till my calves and hamstrings touch.
