A: 145 might have been able to do more but my form was bad so I didn't. .
B: 335
Row: 1:27, 1:29, 1:29
Row 2k: 8:24, average 2:06.6, no heart rate monitor

Most I've back squatted since September of last year. Still not a PR but close.

Attached is my power snatch video it was at 145 #'s. From me looking at it, I think I stepped forward because my elbows didn't come up enough, didn't shrug enough and it caused my arms to swing away from the body. Let me know what you think.

Also is it too late to do the box life comp in ocean springs in November. 2 months doesn't seem like enough time to get ready for it
