B. 8 Clapping Push Ups/min for 8 min
C. Tuck Ups, 3 x 25 reps, rest as needed to go unbroken
D1. Chin Over Bar Hold/90 degree hold- 4 x 5/5 sec **use assistance if needed **get 5 sec above bar and 5 set with arms at 90 degrees
D2. Wall Walk + Wall-Facing HS Hold, 4 x 2 Wall Walks + 25 sec HS hold after 2nd wall walk **keep core tight, back hurts b/c you’re hyperextending

Run 400m @ 1:56, rest 1 min x 5A: completed did not have to use box for assistance
B: completed might have gone to hard on the first few sets. Sets 7 and 8 didn't complete all clapping last couple were regular push ups and struggled to get those.
C: completed all felt like I did the best yet on these
D1: completed didn't use the box, holding over the bar was harder than holding at 90.
D2: seemed to be hard today
