B. Single Leg Dead Lift @ 3030, 3 x 8/leg, rest 60 sec b/w legs **go off feel, start w/ no weight and add depending on hamstring
Rowers were down getting reset.
Rode the bike and did some light jogging without big strides.
A: 53# felt okay did deep squats
B: worked up to 20's, deep stretch felt a little tight but it seems to be getting better everyday.
