Hmstring felt better doesn't feel like it's as tight, full range of motion in leg.
A: worked up to 185 front squared 195 didn't get under it on the jerk.

Felt like the best I've done, went unbroken on all movements every round except one round I dropped once on the T2B's.
Rowers still down getting them back up today he said. Nothing to record.
