A. Front Squat + 2 Split Jerks, build to tough complex in 12 min

16 min EMOM
1st- 6 Push Press @ 65% 1RM
2nd- 7 Inverted Bar Rows as fast as possible
+
10 sets
Run 200m
7 Russian KB Swings, 70#
rest 30 sec b/w sets

A: worked up to 195
EMOM: did 125 for two sets then dropped to 115 on the push press, bar rows felt good
