Average heart rate overall was 159, Max heart rate was 179. My goal was around 4:05 each 800m but this morning my lower back and upper but started hurting. Not sure what caused it, I was running on pavement at South Beach's running path along the beach. I use my watch to keep up with the distance.
A: did 4x16 didn't have any weights
B: will add this one to Monday's or try and get to a gym on Sunday.
