Row 20 Cals
7 Snatches
rest 2 min b/w sets

Row 15 min @ 2:10/500m

165 felt okay was hard but I got them with no weight belt

3 sets
1: 1:40
2: 1:48
3: 2:10

Row felt great on the 15 mins. On the above 3 sets I went all out by the 3rd round I was completely winded.
