A. 3-Position Power Snatch (High hang, above Knee, Below Knee), build to a tough set, **high hang, torso should stay vertical. 
B. Clean Pulls x 2/90 sec for 10 sets @ 80-90% 1RM
C. Russian KB Swings, 5 x 15 reps, rest 60 sec **heavy
D. Hollow Hold, 5 x 30 sec rest as needed to stay unbroken

A:  115, 
B:  155, over never done just the pull part before.
C:  70 lb KB
D:  last two sets my abs were burning
