A1. Incline Bench PRess @ 20X2, 4 x 8-10, rest 60 sec
A2. Bent Over Barbell Row, 4 x 8 reps, rest 60 sec

Run 400m every 2:30 for 4 sets
Rest 5 min
Run 200m every 75 sec for 8 sets
+
Run 5 min cool down

A1: 135
A2: 105
Runs were okay
