B. CG Bench Press (16” width), build to 1RM. 175

3 x 10 sec for Peak Pace/500m, rest 2-3 min. 1:28, 1:27, 1:28 pace
+
Row 1000m for time: 3:59 steady pace wasn't out of breath but wasn't easy
+
4 x 30 sec FLR on Rings, rest 30 sec
